Description

Store supervisors are responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the stores and executing projects assigned by the managers. They should quickly understand company policies, standards, and processes. They are responsible for training, assigning tasks, monitoring progress on tasks, reviewing completed tasks, communicating work progress with the next supervisor on duty, enforcing company policies, and monitoring customer service standards. They should lead by example and focus the bulk of their time on urgent needs and working alongside sales associates who require more training. This position is perfect for natural leaders and quick learners.

Requirements

21 years of age or older

Drivers license with no DUI or major violations

1 year of cash handling experience

1 year of experience in a lead role

High school diploma

Background Check

Fluent English

Preferred

1 year of experience in a clothing store

Pay

$15/hour

$3/hour end of season bonus.

The end of season bonus is earned by completing the contracted dates agreed on in the interview and will be held as a damage deposit for housing.
