Retail Associate

Start Date: April 26, 2027

End Date: September 12, 2027

(We may ask for volunteers who wish to stay and work one to two weeks later depending on weather and business levels.)

Description: Join our team as a Retail Associate, where customer satisfaction is our priority. Adapt quickly throughout our stores assisting customers, receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with coworkers to ensure someone has an eye on the checkout area at all times and be ready to assist when lines form.

• Greet customers as they enter the store.

• Process sales, exchanges, and returns according to policy.

• Receive deliveries and transfers: unload trucks, identify delivery discrepancies, attach price tags, restock shelves, and organize back stock for storage according to company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment throughout the day, and leave the store in perfect condition at the end of each shift.

• Additional opening, closing, and other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs in and out of trucks and up and down stairs.

• 1 year of experience in a retail store

• Background check

Preferred:

• 1 year of experience in a clothing store

• Clean driving record

Pay:

• $16/hour

• Full time employees work an average of 35 hours per week

End of Season Bonus:

• $1/hour

• Additional $500 end of season bonus available for residents of employee housing. See housing page for details.
