Description
The assistant store manager will work alongside the vice president in overseeing and constantly improving the operation of the stores. The key focus areas include: customer service, company policies, stock levels, product presentation, store cleanliness, storage organization, transaction accuracy, loss prevention, and workplace social environment. They will delegate projects, constantly monitor the team’s quality of work, and provide feedback. They should lead by example and work alongside the team to constantly assess each employee’s knowledge and provide ongoing training. Other duties include: data entry, delivering write ups, ordering, evaluating and improving business processes, onboarding new hires, and any other tasks required to constantly improve the stores. This position is perfect for an experienced leader who adapts quickly to new work environments.
Requirements
21 years of age or older
Drivers license with no DUI or major violations
2 years of cash handling experience
2 years of experience in a lead role
High school diploma
Background Check
Fluent English
Preferred
2+ years of experience in a clothing store
Pay
$16/hour
$4/hour end of season bonus.
The end of season bonus is earned by completing the contracted dates agreed on in the interview and will be held as a damage deposit for housing.
